Yes, it will be fully refundable if we are unable to place a confinement nanny within 3 days upon mummy being discharged from the hospital.
Yes, but it’s subject to availability and there is an additional charge of $200 excluding GST.
When this situation arises, do let the confinement nanny rest and recover before allowing her to continue to work. For the number of day(s) that she is unable to work, you will not need to pay her salary and also we will do a pro-rated refund for those day(s) that she didn’t work. We will do the refund accordingly within 7 working days once the confinement nanny has completed her assignment.
Yes, but this is subjected to the nanny’s schedule. We will also need to do work permit extension and all required paperwork for the nanny in order for her to extend her services.
